  1. Oh man, I dunno if I could do turbokick, sounds intense. The word turbo in anything kinda makes me freak the flip out.

  2. It can be. But the really nice thing about it, is that since it's primarily a cardio workout, you can control the amount of intensity/impact that you want. It's not like Insanity or one of those. THOSE are intense. Maybe we should try 'em? HAHA, jk!
